Many of the amazing consumer experiences RedChirp enables start with a connection request.
RedChirp™ follows powerful and customizable Notification Plans to alert the right user(s) that someone needs help. It won’t quit until the customer gets the help they need.
RedChirp administrators create Notification Plans by choosing three simple settings.
Create just one layer of a Notification Plan or add more layers to escalate requests that are not quickly accepted.
#1) Notify These People
Choose who to notify from these options: every user in a group at once; one specific user; one user randomly selected from a group; or “Round Robin” (choose the user in a group who received this type of notification the least recently.)
#2) Wait This Long
Identify how much time should elapse before the user is notified again.
#3) Repeat This Many Times
Specify how many repeat attempts should be made before an alternative user is chosen.
Your Lake Oswego Store Curbside Pickup Notification Plan could be set with three levels as follows:
Every user in the Lake Oswego Curbside Pickup Group
One user via Round Robin from the Lake Oswego Store Managers Group
One specific user – Dominique
When any user responds to any of the above notifications, no additional notifications are sent.
Notifications quickly tell users everything they need to know. They also make it easy to respond to the customer with pre-written text responses that can be sent right away or quickly edited. Here’s a sample of a Curbside Pickup alert for the employee:
Every RedChirp user gets to choose how they want to be notified of Connection Requests by editing their settings. They can receive these Connection Request notifications via:
ANY COMBINATION OF THESE
Connection Requests are a simple but powerful way to ensure your prospects and customers never slip through the cracks or walk away frustrated by a lack of response.
Best of all, once you take a moment to choose your settings, RedChirp handles the rest, automatically!
